Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used cosmetics.

Exchanges are only eligible if there was an error made by our company (e.g., wrong item shipped). To request an exchange:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed USPS delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
